We have simplified the patient process into four easy steps for you, while we work behind the scenes to deliver a seamless treatment journey.
At your appointment you can have an open discussion about your condition and symptoms, as well as treatment goals, to see if medicinal cannabis would be a clinically appropriate treatment.
If the practitioner assessing your condition decides that medicinal cannabis ia a clinically appropriate treatment for you they will complete any necessary permits. You as a patient will have to answer a questionnaire to gauge your current severity of symptoms, physical, and emotional wellbeing. At set intervals you will answer the same questionnaire to allow your practitioner to monitor your treatment.
Once any permits have been approved your practitioner will be write your prescription. Unlike normal prescriptions this one is sent directly to one of our pharmacies to be dispensed. It is common throughout the course of treatment for your prescription to be adjusted. If you have any questions, make sure to ask your practitioner.
Throughout the course of your treatment you will liaise with not only the prescribing practitioner, but also a CANNect concierge who will periodically contact you to assess how you are progressing. Correspondance with our concierge is via phone and email.
